Hanging the Secondary HubMt. Hopkins Summit: May 12, 1999The secondary hub and its spiders were installed on May 12, 1999 by J.T. Williams, Shawn Callahan, Dennis Smith and Mike Alegria. The spiders were pre-loaded to 20,000 lbs to keep their lowest resonant frequency high. All images were taken by Steve West.
