Megacam

Megacam(Unavailable): a wide field mosaic camera, consisting of 36, three side buttable, 2K x 4K CCDs in a 9 x 4 pattern. The resultant single pointing FOV is 24′ x 24′ and has a pixel size of 0.08″ over an observing wavelength range of 3200 – 8300Å. It is a PI instrument, contact is Brian McLeod. Shipped to Magellan 08/09 where it will remain for the foreseeable future.
